HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM ? SIMPLE RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAMS 

simple ice creams

required items

eggs      - 3
milk      - .5 litre
sugar     - 1 cup
 corn flour -1 spoon
gelatin - 1 spoon
essence -  half spoon
cherry -    1 spoon
separate albumen and yolk of  eggs  to different plates.
add milk, corn flour and sugar to yolk and stir well.
put it on fire until it turns to a paste
melt the gelatin by keeping it in a water bath and mix it with the paste prepared earlier.
keep the mixture in freezer and cool it.
when it becomes half set grind it by using a mixture and add egg albumen to it.
freeze it  again and decorate it with cherry.
